Terms and Conditions
Items will be shipped after payment is received and processed. Please allow for payment and shipping to process thoroughly.
Lastly, the delivery time frames, shipping method, and shipping cost (to include any return shipping fees) are determined by the specific manufacturer/vendor, and not by Be Distinct Boutique. However, we will always request that each vendor ship all items immediately. Currently, average shipping time frames are between 12-21 days as many items come from overseas. You can always contact us for an estimation of delivery.
You agree that Be Distinct Boutique is not liable for discrepancies, issues, concerns or delays as a result of the manufacturer, vendor, shipping provider or error in information provided by a guest or member. However, we do ask that you contact us with any concerns or issues as we strive to provide you with the best customer service and support.

We will never sell your personal information or share your information with marketing services or ask for any unnecessary information. We will only share the necessary information with the approved third party providers/vendors in order to process the purchase and/or request.
The information will be shared in a secure and confidential manner electronically to secure payment processing applications accordingly and as required to complete the order and shipping. Your name and address will be shared in a secure and confidential manner electronically with the shipping providers accordingly and as needed to ship and track the items purchased.
We collect and securely store the name of the person placing the order; their telephone number, if given; their or the shipping address; their email address, if given; and payment information provided, only when and where required and/or applicable.

Return Policy
Majority of our vendors accept returns and you may always inquire prior to your order using the Let's Chat function or the Contact Us page. When vendors process returns and/or refunds, we will always honor their return and/or refund policy; advise you of the return and/or refund policy; and. process the requested refund or return directly to you.
We will replace defective items. Defective item concerns/issues will be resolved by one of the following methods: replaced with the same item or a comparable one or we will compensate/reimburse the return shipping fees, with proof of payment for return shipping fees, where applicable.
This policy applies for up to 15 calendar days after the item is received at the address designated at the time the order is placed, when applicable.
